On Thursday 28th November we will host a conversation with Roddy Buchanan in The Worm, 11 Castle Street, Aberdeen from 6pm – 7pm. All are welcome.

Roddy Buchanan will share a series of projects that inform the first iteration of Castlegate Drawing School. For a decade now, the practice of mapping is common to most of Buchanan’s endeavours: Usumacinta Song Exchange maps through song, The Mapping Project, inherited from Peter McCaughey, creates Situationist pedagogical explorations and Slow Prototype links up the life and tools of Jim Buchanan.  Following on from these processes, and in the Worm’s gallery space, the artist will perform the beginnings of a personal drawing archive.
